We're Patrizia and Bertin — a faith-led, multicultural, military family 🤍 who believe a well-designed space can change how people feel, gather, and do business.
Our own journey of reconciliation and restoration inspired us to build PS Interior Design: a studio rooted in faith, family, and grace — and grounded in real experience designing spaces that work.
Together we design commercial and hospitality interiors — restaurants, hotels, retail, offices, and short-term rentals — blending European craftsmanship with heartfelt intention.
The result: spaces that tell a story and deliver a result — drawing people in, elevating the experience, and helping a business grow.
Meet Patrizia
Founder & Lead Designer
Born in Sicily and raised in southern Germany, Patrizia brings a rich blend of European artistry and cultural depth to every project. Across years living and working throughout Europe — from Paris to Scandinavia — she designed and styled hotels, restaurants, bars, and workspaces, learning firsthand how a well-designed space shapes the way people feel, gather, and spend.
Today, based in Southern California, she brings that same European eye to hospitality, commercial, and short-term rental projects across the region. Her work is beautiful and built to perform — pairing Italian warmth and modern sophistication with a sharp sense of how a space actually functions: how it draws customers in, keeps them longer, and turns a first visit into a lasting impression.
As a wife, mother, and follower of Christ, Patrizia designs with intention and purpose, believing great spaces don't just look good — they honor the people who live, work, and gather within them.
Meet Bertin
Co-Founder & Head of Operations
An active-duty United States Marine and man of faith, Bertin leads with strength, humility, and integrity — and brings that same discipline to how PS Interior Design runs.
As Head of Operations, he keeps every project moving: managing timelines, budgets, logistics, and contractor coordination so each design is delivered on schedule, on budget, and done right. For a commercial or hospitality client, that reliability is everything — a beautiful concept only matters if it gets built well and on time, and that's the standard Bertin holds.
His operational strength is grounded in more than a decade of hands-on building experience. Bertin understands construction from the ground up — what's feasible, what a build will actually require, and how to coordinate with contractors so nothing gets lost between the vision and the finished space.
Multilingual and globally minded, he embodies the resilience and honor that define his service — the structure that keeps the creative heartbeat of PS Interior Design grounded and dependable.
