We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during busy market seasons. However, we understand that some listings move fast — that’s why we also offer staging availability within 48 hours, whenever possible. Our goal is to make the process seamless, even on a tight timeline.
Our pricing includes the convenience of paying at escrow. Prefer to save? We're happy to offer a discount when you pay on installation day.
Our standard staging term is 60 days, with flexible extensions available upon request. We understand that every listing is unique, and we’re happy to adjust as needed — extensions are billed weekly to align with your timeline and ensure your property continues to show beautifully.
Our staging packages start at $2,500 for a Partial Stage — ideal for highlighting main living areas and creating a strong first impression.
