Our process is simple and seamless. We start by gathering a few details about your property, then provide a customized estimate. If everything aligns, we schedule a private walkthrough and select your staging date. Once the details are finalized, we handle the design, delivery, installation, and pickup — all with precision and care.
What types of properties do you stage?
We stage everything from luxury listings and model homes to vacant or occupied properties. Every project — no matter the size — receives the same level of attention, artistry, and intention.
How far in advance should I book staging?
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during busy market seasons. However, we understand that some listings move fast — that’s why we also offer staging availability within 48 hours, whenever possible. Our goal is to make the process seamless, even on a tight timeline.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept standard payment upon booking and also offer a Pay-at-Escrow option for your convenience (available with a small administrative fee).
How long is the staging rental period?
Our standard staging term is 60 days, with flexible extensions available upon request. We understand that every listing is unique, and we’re happy to adjust as needed — extensions are billed weekly to align with your timeline and ensure your property continues to show beautifully.
Do you remove furniture after the home sells?
Yes — once the property sells or the contract period ends, our logistics team handles removal promptly and professionally, leaving the home clean and ready for its next chapter.
